Problem:
• The need for remote control over the activities of subsoil users within licensed sites.
• The need to identify unauthorized places for mining.
Solution:
• Service of automatic identification of subsoil use objects (quarries, well pads, peat mining), infrastructure objects.
• Integration with data on license area boundaries and territory use regimes.
How it works:
• Regular updating of actual boundaries of subsoil users' economic activities in the license areas based on high-resolution satellite imagery data (once a quarter).
• Up-to-date data can be supplied in subscription mode; if necessary, high resolution satellite imagery (or from UAVs) of the objects of interest can be ordered as an additional option.
• Integration with FGIS EFGI data and automatic generation of reports for selected subsoil users / license areas / general statistics for the constituent entity of the Russian Federation.
• Formation of a plan of control (supervisory) activities based on the service.
RS data needed:
• Data of high spatial resolution (2-10 m), providing full coverage of the entire territory of Russia with a frequency of once a month.
• Refining imagery (to order) from ultra-high resolution satellites (less than 1 m).
• Refining imagery (to order) from unmanned aerial vehicles.
