Solution:
Service for detecting tax and land use violations based on the comparison of Rosreestr data, tax base and remote sensing data.
How it works:
• The satellite constellation provides imagery of the area at a frequency of once a month.
• The user does not order a new survey, but uses the current data in the subscription mode of the service.
• Integration with FGIS EGRN data, automatic downloading of EGRN data is provided.
• Fixation of violations in case of non-compliance of the actual use of the land plot with the declared one.
• Formation of a report on the actual state and use of the land plot.
• Formation of a plan of control (supervisory) measures based on the service.
RS data needed:
High spatial resolution data (2-10 m), providing full coverage of the entire territory of Russia with a frequency of 1 time per month.
